With more than 450 clinicians, the Workshop Purification Therapies ‘From Research to Clinical Evidence’ was an opportunity for dialogue and discussion, which we think will make a concrete contribution to the future of research and scientific progress.
During the event, together with our scientific committee and international speakers, we focused on transplantation, from conservation to organ regeneration, addressing crucial topics such as new technologies in the transplantation field, the main problems of organ transport and ex vivo organ perfusion.
The debate regarding systemic inflammatory diseases was very lively, with particular attention to sepsis, extracorporeal therapies and clinical evidence.
