Aferetica has successfully completed the VIRTUALAB project, delivering a fully operational digital technical laboratory in line with the objectives defined at the application stage.
The project included the setup of a new dedicated area and the implementation of an advanced technological infrastructure, featuring a high-reliability data network, ultra-fast fiber connectivity, a high-performance server, and power continuity systems.
Fully equipped workstations were installed, and all necessary software licenses for videoconferencing and remote collaboration were activated and integrated into company processes.
The VIRTUALAB laboratory enables structured delivery of remote technical assistance, online training, and operational support, with immediate results: reduced need for on-site interventions, faster response times, and improved accessibility of services across Europe.
The project also enhanced internal organization by improving integration between support and training activities, making processes more efficient, scalable, and sustainable.
