The Platform

Physiology & Versatility

Pressure-controlled perfusion for physiological-like flows, adapted to the variable conditions of the organ.

Automatic temperature control (4 °C -37 °C)

For procedures:

Hypothermic, without the use of ice
Sub-normothermic
Normothermic
Sequential, gradually rewarming the organ in controlled conditions without interrupting the treatment, adjusting perfusion parameters, including the fluid, according to the specific thermal phase.

Purification of perfusion fluid

Remodulation of inflammatory mediators and potentially harmful molecules for the organ. Through the combination of ex-situ perfusion with the PerSorb^® adsorption system, it allows the modulation of levels of inflammatory mediators and potentially harmful molecules in the perfusate during ex-situ organ perfusion treatments.

Oxygenation of perfusion fluid

Effective and continuous oxygenation throughout the entire treatment duration via an oxygenation module.

PumpProtect^®

Machine Perfusion Solution

PumpProtect^® is a medical device dedicated to ex-situ hypothermic organ perfusion of kidney or liver. It is an aseptically produced clear, sterile and pyrogen-free solution.
