As part of the Purification Therapies Journey, Aferetica presents the upcoming national and international events: SMART and ILTS 2022.
The 33rd edition of the SMART Congress will take place at MiCo-Milano Convention Centre (Milan), from 04/05/2022 to 06/05/2022.
On May 5th, from 2:30 to 3:30 PM, Aferetica will hold the symposium ‘Overwhelming Inflammation Diseases: Diagnosis and Treatment’. Chairmen: S. Romagnoli (Firenze) e G. Berlot (Trieste). Speakers: A. Nierhaus (Hamburg), Sepsis – pathophysiology and therapeutic concepts; G. Castellano (Milan), Overwhelming inflammation diagnosis: the role of biomarkers; G. ILTS congress 2022 will be held at Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar International Convention and Exhibition Center (Istanbul) and online, from 04/05/2022 to 07/05/2022.
On May 6th, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, the symposium ‘Liver Support and E Vivo Vivo Perfusion: from Organ Failure to Transplantation’, by Aferetica and CytoSorbents, will take place. Moderators: R. Romagnoli (Italy) and C. Niemann (USA). Speakers: Riva (Italy), Extracorporeal therapies in liver failure; M. Colledan (Italy), The management of temperature in organ perfusion; D. Ghinolfi (Italy), The role of purification in organ perfusion.
